Delta is Changing to ORANGE Hytrel Compound Back-up Rings!

Delta will be phasing in the use of ORANGE colored Hytrel compound back-up rings on all cartridge valves. Delta is implementing the change to improve quality, consistency and performance. High pressure cycle testing has proven the new Orange back-up rings to be superior in durability and performance. They are identical in fit and fluid compatibility. This change will be phased in starting in February 2008. You may see a mix of back-up ring colors until all the white backup rings are consumed. However there will NOT be a mix of white and orange back-up rings on individual valves.
